REGISTRATION
I didn't register before October 4. Am I too late?
Not at all! Go to www.PhiladelphiaFilmMarket.com and follow the same procedure as before. The only drawback to registering late is that your information will not appear in the 2010 Philadelphia Film Market Guide, but you will still appear on www.PhiladelphiaFilmMarket.com. Between September 13 and 30th you can register on www.PhiladelphiaFilmMarket.com. Afterwards, registration will be processed in Philadelphia, directly in the accreditation offices, from October 4. I’m not able to make it to the PFM, can I get my money back?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds in any fashion. Inability to attend or cancellation will not enable a refund. [top]
Can I register on the spot in Philadelphia?
Certainly! We will have an operator at the venue 2 days before the event until the PFM ends. You will have to provide the same materials as you would if you registered online. Your paperwork should prove your company’s activity and proof of your employment with them. [top]
Will booths still be available if I just walk in and register the day the PFM starts?
Availability of booths cannot be guaranteed for walk-up registrants. If there is space available then we will accommodate walk-ups but if all spaces are sold, we will not be able to accommodate. Booth availability does not preclude you from video equipment and other services. [top]
I want to make sure I’m in the PFM Guide! How do I do so?
As long as you are registered and paid by October 4th, your information will be included in the PFM Guide. To register, go to www.PhiladelphiaFilmMarket.com and fill out the registration package. [top]

BADGE AND ACCESS
How can I get my badge?
You can pick up your badge at the registration table located inside of the main entrance to Hotel. If you’re in town early, or if you are from Philadelphia, you can arrange a time a week before the event at the PFM offices. Call 215-240-1749 BEFORE COMING to make sure your badge is ready. [top]
When will I need my badge?
ALL THE TIME! When you’re inside the Market you MUST have your badge displayed so that we will be able to identify you. [top]
What are the opening hours of the Philadelphia Film Market?
The Philadelphia Film Market hours will be from 10 am to 5 pm in October at dates to be determined. [top]
If I lose my badge, what do I have to do to get a new one?
If your badge gets lost or stolen, immediately find a PFM employee and report the incident to them. They will bring you to the proper people to get you a new badge. [top]
How can I have access to the Philadelphia Film Market screenings?
Your badge grants you access to all screenings at the Philadelphia Film Market. You must have your badge in order to enter the screening area. [top]
SCREENINGS
Can I still book a screening on the main screen if I register on the spot in Philadelphia?
If there are spots available then we will do our best to accommodate any and all requests for screenings on the main screen until all slots are full. However, the screening schedule for the main screen will most likely be filled in advance. If you have a booth you can request the equipment to be able to show your project at your booth. [top]
How can I get the screening schedule?
You can get the complete information about the screenings’ schedule at any moment by connecting on www.PhiladelphiaFilmMarket.com during the Philadelphia Film Market. The Philadelphia Film Market will also have a Daily Screening Program, distributed every day, where you’ll be able to find a comprehensive list of both the Philadelphia Film Market and Festival screenings. The Program will be available throughout the Market as of 4 p.m. on the day before the screenings would take place. [top]
